Tom Bartlett

Prior to joining us in April 2009, Mr. Bartlett served as Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller for Verizon Communications, Inc.

Rod Smith

Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer

Mr. Smith joined us in October 2009, and previously held the roles of Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance and Treasurer and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of American Tower's U.S. Tower Division.

Ed DiSanto

Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel and Secretary

Prior to joining us in April 2007, Mr. DiSanto was with Pratt & Whitney, a unit of United Technologies Corporation.

Olivier Puech

Executive Vice President and President, Latin America and EMEA

Prior to joining us in 2013, Mr. Puech was with Nokia where he held various leadership roles, including Senior Vice President Americas and Vice President Latin America.

Amit Sharma

Executive Vice President and President, Asia

Prior to joining us in September 2007, Mr. Sharma worked at Motorola, where he led country teams in India and Southeast Asia, including as Country President, India and as Head of Strategy, Asia-Pacific.

Steven O. Vondran

Executive Vice President and President, U.S. Tower Division

Prior to joining us in 2000, Mr. Vondran worked as an associate at Lewellen & Frazier, LLP and as a telecommunications consultant at Young & Associates, Inc.
